Scope of work:

• Scope 3 Emission Measurement: Conducted a thorough assessment of TNB's Scope 3 emissions to understand the comprehensive environmental impact. 

• Identification of Emission Hotspots: Identified specific areas contributing significantly to GHG emissions, allowing for targeted mitigation strategies. 

• Base Year Establishment: Established a baseline year for emissions, providing a reference point for future performance evaluation and improvement. 

• Decarbonization Plan: Developed a strategic plan outlining steps and initiatives to drive decarbonization, aligning with TNB's business resilience goals. 

Outcome: The project resulted in a comprehensive understanding of TNB's environmental footprint, enabling the formulation of a tailored decarbonization plan to support TNB's commitment to climate change action and business resilience.
